The idea of establishing this great edifice was to serve young (23-day-old) fresh chicken from Faqih Poultry Farms. It is worth mentioning that the chicken used in Al Tazaj restaurants is seasoned with a natural mixture of garlic, tomatoes, lemon, ginger and spices, and the chicken is grilled over charcoal, so we do not have a secret mixture. Thanks to God, the Al Tazaj chain of restaurants has spread and expanded to cover the Middle East with more than 100 restaurants.
