1. Introduction
Welcome to the SPT. By accessing or using our Website and services to participate in Padel tournaments, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Website or services.
2. Eligibility
There are no age restrictions for participation in the Padel tournaments organized by SPT. However, participants under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate.
3. Registration and Account
• 3.1. Account Creation: To participate in a tournament or access certain features of the Website, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You agree to update your information to keep it current and accurate.
• 3.2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.
4. Participation in Tournaments
• 4.1. Rules and Regulations: All participants must adhere to the rules and regulations outlined on our Website for each tournament. SPT reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or engages in unsportsmanlike conduct.
• 4.2. Fair Play: All participants are expected to compete fairly and with integrity. Cheating, manipulation, or any form of misconduct will result in disqualification and may lead to a ban from future tournaments.
• 4.3. Conduct: Participants and spectators are expected to behave respectfully towards each other, officials, and staff. Abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the tournament and the Website.
5. Fees and Payments
• 5.1. Entry Fees: Some tournaments may require an entry fee. All fees must be paid in full before the registration deadline. Failure to pay the entry fee will result in ineligibility to participate in the tournament.
• 5.2. Refund Policy: Entry fees are non-refundable, except in cases where a tournament is canceled by SPT. If a tournament is canceled, SPT will refund the entry fee to the registered participants.
6. Cancellations and Modifications
• 6.1. Cancellation by Organizer: SPT reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tournament at its discretion. In the event of a cancellation, we will notify all registered participants and provide a refund of any paid entry fees.
• 6.2. Modifications to Tournaments: SPT reserves the right to modify the format, schedule, or rules of any tournament. Participants will be notified of any changes prior to the tournament start date.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SPT and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Website without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
• Your use or inability to use our Website or services.
• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the content or services provided.
• Unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Website.

12. Compliance with Laws
• 12.1. All players must comply with the laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in accordance with Islamic Sharia.
• 12.2. Players' behavior during the tournaments must align with the values of the local community.
13. Player Evaluation
• 13.1. All players will be evaluated after each tournament based on their results.
• 13.2. The referee or tournament supervisor is responsible for decisions related to scoring and recalculating points if there are any disputes between players regarding the scores.
14. Cancellation of Subscription
The platform reserves the right to cancel any player's subscription if they engage in inappropriate behavior during the tournament or if any disputes arise that affect the course of the tournament, without any financial compensation.
15. Player Classification
Professional players are not allowed to register in categories below their official classification unless special conditions apply, such as having another lower-ranked player participating in the same category.
16. Use of Images
• 16.1. The platform has the right to use all images uploaded by players or participants or those taken during the tournament for promotional purposes.
• 16.2. By registering and participating in tournaments, players agree not to claim any financial compensation for the use of these images for marketing and promotional purposes.
17. Sharing Contact Information
As part of the registration terms, all players agree to share their phone numbers automatically to facilitate coordination when sending or receiving match invitations.
18. Refund of Registration Fees
Players agree not to request a refund after 24 hours from the payment date, except in certain cases:
If the other player refuses to register with the paying player, the player is entitled to request a refund by contacting technical support within 72 hours. After this period, players agree that the amount is non-refundable.
19. Late Arrival to the Match
If any team is late for more than 15 minutes, the delayed team will be considered as withdrawn, and they will not be entitled to a refund of the registration fee.
20. Disclosure and Agreement
By registering, players acknowledge that they have read and understood all the terms and conditions and agree to abide by them. Players must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
21. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
The platform may need to amend the terms and conditions at any time, and any such amendments will apply to all platform users.
22. Disputes
In the event of any disputes between users and the platform, legal arbitration in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will be used, and the arbitration will take place in the city of Mecca.
